1. Nature of Our Services
The Bisht Numerologyy offers digital and consultancy-based services including personalised numerology reports, name correction analysis, logo analysis and design, aura scanning, visiting card analysis, crystal healing recommendations, and mobile number analysis.
All our services are digital and personalised in nature. Once a report or consultation has been delivered, the service is deemed complete and consumed. Please read the refund & return policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refund
As per our refund & return policy we offer refunds under the following specific circumstances only:
- Non-Delivery: You made a payment but did not receive your report or service within the promised delivery timeframe
- Duplicate Payment: Your account was charged more than once for the same order
- Technical Error: A verified payment gateway error resulted in an incorrect charge
- Service Not Started: You request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment and before we have commenced work on your order
3. Non-Refundable Situations as per Refund & Return Policy
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- The personalised report or consultation has already been delivered to you
- You disagree with the findings or recommendations in your report (all reports are prepared based on scientifically applied numerological principles)
- You provided incorrect information (wrong name, date of birth, etc.) — please review your details before submitting
- Change of mind after the service has commenced
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
- Webinar or workshop registrations where the event has already taken place
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps in line with our Refund & Return Policy:
- Email us at info@thebishtnumerologyy.com with subject line: Refund Request — [Your Order ID]
- Include your full name, contact number, order/payment ID, and reason for the request
- Attach payment proof (screenshot of transaction)
- Submit your request within 7 days of the transaction date
We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days and resolve it within 7–10 working days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking) within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider. We process refunds as per our refund & return policy via Razorpay / Paypal, the same gateway used at the time of purchase.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Within 24 hours of payment (service not yet started): Full refund applicable — contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email
- After 24 hours or once work has commenced, No cancellation or refund will be processed
- Webinars / Live Sessions: No cancellation or transfer once registered
7. Physical Products (Crystals)
If you have purchased physical crystal products from us:
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery if the product is damaged or incorrect
- You must share a photo/video of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving it
- Return shipping cost will be borne by us in case of a verified damage claim
- No returns accepted for opened or used crystal products on the grounds of preference
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute regarding a transaction, as per our refund & return pilicy we encourage you to first contact us directly. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India, in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
